Fast, faster, fastest. This office is putting all other government offices to shame. I have been in many government offices in many countries, and this was by far the fastest. Despite our clerks lack of ability to spell the country Taiwan, it was made up by their openness and honesty of that ignorance, and of course by their speed. Wow.

Wow, really impressed with everything, the setup, organized entry's, the speed of service and customer service. Prior on entry you need to scan a QR code and wait for text messages while its your turn, I included the QR in my picture. Well done Attorney General.

Its blatant how certain companies that a complaint is brought against appear to be furnished leniency (IMHO). The RIAG office staff is not even apologetic about their lack of proper handling of a complaint. I filed a complaint back in August of 2021 and the company I filed a complaint against responded back in November 2021. I followed up with RIAG for four months and emails either were provided no acknowledgment of my follow-up emails regarding the status of the complaint. When I did call to get a supervisor on the phone it was acknowledged how their staff improperly handled the claim, one can't help but think the supervisor was clearly called off, as well. I was finally made aware in April that the complainant responded back in November. The response from the company was pathetic yet somehow RIAG felt their response was sufficient to close the case. I repeatedly asked for documentation in writing and to initiate an appeal based on the fact that the company's response was absolutely inaccurate, yet again those emails went unacknowledged. I'd be curious to see if the complainant donated to "a certain someone's" campaign. I'm sure there a way to valid my concerns. Of course, these statements are based on my humble opinion.

Right away for state bci, but about a week or so for a federal one
Unfortunately they do not accept cash but they do accept credit, debit, checks and money orders!
I don't think so you just pull in the parking lot read the sign for the online details and I'll call you in
I'm pretty sure it was a scam because they don't make calls like that
If you go to the 4 Howard Ave Cranston location, you will see signs with QR codes. Scan with your phone, fill out the information and they will text you when you can enter.
