Drive thru on 8/12/21.. 930 pm. Food wasn't great. Ordered a premium combo club burger with the pretzel bun. Burger was dry, bun seemed left over and over darkened? Fries were soft and stuffed into a med fry container half full. I always have considered Wendy's the the best of the rest. Definitely not tonight with a $10 combo price tag. Fix this asap. No good. Update, another poor experience late night. Go to McDonald's down the street. Wendy's management take notice. Ouch!

I customize a special order and went and pick it up through the drive-thru specifically asked for no bacon and when I picked it up it had extra bacon on it

Got 2 spicy chickens. They were so burnt that I could not chew them so I threw them away. For what they charge you think the food would be at least etable.
