You will need to register online for what services you need. They will text you when you are next in line.
There is waiting. But it is not too bad. Once you get there , you have to scan a code nesr the entrance and you would go on the website and select what you need to get done and wait in your car until they call or text you to go in. Not too long

I waited about 10 15 minutes in my car when they texted me!
