Its a bit taller than the inside ones by maybe 6 inches. Cant say exactly since I'm not a hundred percent sure on the height of the inside hoops.

There are 2 courts. Open play drop in at 6 pm on Wednesdays, currently.
No. There are outdoor pickleball courts at Ephesus Park. The Community Center offers indoor play in the gymnasium at certain times.
