Hello, My TCL has these vertical black lines on the screen. Another thin, black line just appear on the screen. What is causing this?

Can you fix a iPad that has a activation lock? I made a iCloud account and forgot the password and username and it’s been locked for a year.

We unfortunately can not do anything with any apple device that is activation/iCloud locked. Apple would be more than happy to assist you with this issue however, since it is a security feature that is embedded to their servers.
