The staff were great. They were helpful and assisted us with our individual situation. The hearing aids are awesome (maybe 😂) as now Mother-in-law can hear everything in the house and everything we say. She loves that she can control them with her smart phone. Highly recommend them!

I had my hearing tested and I got new hearing aids. The hearing aids sound great! They even have features for noisy places that actually works! The office was easy to find . The staff was knowledgeable and friendly with exceptional service. I was impressed with the office hours and the days they are open. I can walk in and be serviced the same day, not that they're not busy. The office seems to have a steady flow of people but they have three Hearing Instrument Specialists there so someone has always been available. The only down fall was the parking...a bit congested.
