They took so long for an oil change with not so many cars in front me!

Very lazy employee working the auto side. They said they can’t do oil change because of the time I came in. 30 minutes to closing. The next day I come in, they say they can’t do it because they fixing the driveway in front of the oil lube place, but they have doors on both sides. You try to get a manager but none is available or in the store. Don’t know how this place is managed at all. Nobody wants to help you.
