they dont do piercings, clairs does though. But you would probably have better luck going to a local tattoo shop to get a piercing.
We do not do any piercings at Spencer's. We are not professionally licensed. We only sell body jewelry. To get a nose piercing in Bismarck you have to go to a professional tattoo & piercing shop. Hope this helped!
