Stopped in today. Prices are high but that’s not what turned me off. They need to put air conditioning in this place. I think it’s to hot in there to have food out. I did get some great liver mush. Pimiento cheese is not very good and the Whoopi Pie is way to sweet and it was warm from setting in the heat.

Hi, we currently are priced at $4.75 hanging carcass weight, an average half will weigh between 325-375, we go over the cut sheet our processor uses with you and help/answer any questions you have. We do a deposit of $300 before we take the animal to process usually when we fill out the cut sheet.
Hi. We have mild and hot pork sausage and the price is $5/lb, we also have mild beef sausage and it’s $6.50/lb
