My 1st trip to this location. Needed to send back an order sent me by mistake on the vendor. Had to bring here because had shampoo & Broad St not take ""hazardous"" material. The Lady taking in shipments was so very nice, kind & patient. She handled my return promptly. I visited a minute about Pet Sitting for my Church Families, etc. What a pleasant stop for me on a hot afternoon. THANKS to MY UPS DELIVERY MEN & CUSTOMER SERVICE. Always good service !!! If package is sitting there and already 2 days late and I've called and they say it may still be on a trailer. Can I just drive there and pick it up. It's only 20 minutes from my house?

If it's on a trailer no, there's probably 1500 packages on one.

can prepaid packages be dropped off at hours other than 4:30-6:30?

Yes they can be dropped off during normal business hours

Is the UPS box still in service I placed my package in there 2 Sundays ago they have no record of having my package

Around 9am

The ups keeps dropping off my packages where the outside pig can get them. They used to just put it in the carport but now they're putting it in the inside fence. How can I contact them to stop dropping them off there, He's destroying the packages.
