So, my son had a tonsilectomy/adenoidectomy done by Dr Brown. While the surgery started a lot later than expected, son seemed to be well. After he had woken up from the anesthesia he was a bit delirious. The after care nurse assigned to him was amazing. I wish I could recall her name. She helped me to understand exactly what my son was going through so I could be there for him the way he needed me to be there. Also, when I was called to schedule my son's appointment I was in the hospital recovering from an emergency c-section. Two weeks later the staff remembers this and insisted they transport me in a wheelchair for my safety. Omgoodness! How beautiful for them to be so kind and considerate. My son's recovery went exactly as they told me it would and 3 1/2 months later he is breathing well, and sleeping well. Thank you so much to Dr Brown and all of the supporting staff at NWSC. I would never have thought one of my best memories would be of a hospital experiences. You all were amazing. Thank you

CLEAN, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT I had surgery at the beginning of the month, and I was unsure what to expect going to a surgery center vs a hospital. But I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and efficiency of the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Short waiting time. Quick discharge. & The facility has followed up with me personally about 2-3 times since my surgery. To confirm how I am doing and if there was anything I need. Definitely good customer service. Highly recommend

My 8 year old son had surgery yesterday. He has some sensory sensitivities, and high anxiety from prior medical procedures. The staff at Northwest Surgery Center went above and beyond to make his experience as comfortable as possible. From pre-admission, check in, pre-op nurses, anesthesiologist, doctor, and post-op nurses, we received the most compassionate and professional care. I am so grateful for the genuine care we were given in such a stressful situation.

They are right at the front make the first right and go to the lower level
Medial Branch Block. Basically, finding the right nerve that sends pain signal to your spine. They then use medication to block this signal. If they find the right nerve, then it is normally followed by RFTC - Radio Frequency Thermocoagualation. This 'burns' that said nerve, and could provide pain relief from 6 to 18 months.
