I called 4 times telling them about a noise complaint my neighbors where blasting music it was vibrating our house it was bothering my 11 week old baby it was so loud and the lady dispatcher said the cops where in our area and that they should be here. Cops still didn’t show up called again and again and then a male dispatcher picked up I told them. And he said he will send a police officer as soon as they can . I wouldn’t rely on them

I spoke to two people on the phone who were very unhelpful and condescending. The “Law Enforcement” team here is completely unprofessional and have provided any sense of safety for people who have been through a traumatic event. There needs to be a lesson in customer service and what it really means to serve the community. Very disappointed with the level of care here. They took my name and number as if they were going to give me a call back. However they did not and I had to constantly call for updates. I would recommend calling on god before seeking their help.
