Called for response to a drunk and disorderly on property. Man was threatening violence and abusive yet the two officers were extremely professional and courteous even to the drunk man. Very grateful. Officers arrived in less than ten minutes. Could have gone much worse

God for bid someone have an emergency in Charlotte. I called 911 about a robbery and it’s been over 2 hours There’s still no police here. Thank goodness I wasn’t home or the person wasn’t still here when I got here. I would be dead by now. I’m just here visiting but I’m from Detroit and I think I feel safer there then I ever would here.

Not my worst encounter with a police officer but it was very unsettling to be bothered by the police and made to feel like you're guilty of something. October 23 around 1:35 two officers pull behind my car as I am parking in front of my job (I'm a night supervisor) which they followed me from moving my car from a further parking spot asking questions as if I'm out of place and even went as far as saying they've had alot of alarm calls from my place of work which has nothing to do with me because I have a key and also the alarm passcode... I just felt really unsafe by the whole encounter like I'm being watched. Didn't get to get there names but it was two white men one old and short and the other young and average built patrolling ballentyne village
