I have worked in this facility for greater than 15 years. I have been a part of positive, negative and improving years. Saturn is under new administration and showing positive changes. There are genuine staff members who care about our residents.

If at all possible AVOID placing your loved one in this facility!! This is a TERRIBLE, UNDERSTAFFED, INADEQUATE nursing home….probably one of the top five worst facilities in Charlotte. Although there are some nurses there who are friendly and kind-hearted, most of the staff is deplorable. Leadership is deplorable. This place should be closed permanently.

All I can say is I’ve NEVER seen a company where the entire staff including the administrator are so incredibly rude! They have attitudes to everyone & talk down to people in such a degrading way. Literally 5 mins in the building was enough to let me know I will NEVER return. I feel so incredibly sad for the residents who suffer because they are the ones who pay the price for no staff. And the reason for no staff is because of exactly what I listed above. RUDE!!! Not to mention this place was filthy & disgusting.

If u could give zero stars I would!!! Absolutely deplorable living conditions!!! Bugs, flies & huge roaches everywhere including the food. The ENTIRE staff is BEYOND rude & you can’t ever find help. Staff is ever changing & the turnover rate is so high because no one wants to work here due to the Administrator & DON speaking to employees in such a condescending manner!! Absolutely no respect for them or the residents! Residents do not receive the proper care they need because there’s not enough staff to adequately feed. Food is cold. Showers are skipped. Bugs in bed. Rooms and hallways smell awful! Residents would asked for certain items of theirs and couldn't find them. I wouldn't put it past the staff for stealing their belongings. Residents clothes are filthy and have holes in them. It’s literally the worst facility I’ve ever worked at. No matter how bad you need a job or a home for your loved one, this isn't the place!!
