Dropped off Samsung Fold 3 with bubble on screen protector. Only to have them hold it for 4 hrs and call me back saying samsung portal not working no work was performed. I think they didnt want to work on it. In the morning they tried to discurage me from coming in. By saying they are not sure if they have part and or a service tech. I had called the day before to schedule the appointment and they confirmed they had plenty of parts. They just didnt want to work on my phone.

I wouldn’t even give a star if I had the option. I was referred to Ubreakifix by geek squad at Best Buy for my computer. It started off great we chatted with Josh at the front desk he told us changing the hard drive would take two days. At this time they told me to buy a certain hard drive and it happened to be the wrong part. This took a couple days. My first thoughts is okay no big deal sometimes this happens. The tech talked me to again and told me to get a different hard drive online. I bought it and took it in and they told me after 5 days they couldn’t get it to work. And they needed to buy another part so they can reformat it. They told me the part was going to arrive that Monday. I called Thursday asking for an update on my computer since I haven’t heard anything. The tech wouldn’t even talk to me. The guy on the phone told me the tech was busy talking with someone else and couldn’t come to the phone to give me an update. I told him I would wait. He told me he was busy and was going to call me later that day. My dad happened to go to the store to see if the tech can talk and give a quick update. Turns out the tech wasn’t even in working that day. They haven’t been working on my computer and that the part they needed hasn’t been ordered. This was a giant waste of time 2 days turned into 2 weeks. They lied about the tech working on it. For icing on the cake, I brought the computer home and they messed up the USB ports and I can’t plug anything in. So on top of all the lying they broke my computer.

I do not recommend this place, not genuine and liars. I called in advance to ask for a quote to repair my cellphone screen (which I agreed to) and I was told to come to the store the following day at 10:00 am. The following day I get to the store just before 10 am but the schedule on the door showed that it was not going to open until noon. Not happy but I decide to go run some errands and come back at noon. When I give my phone to get repaired, I am asked to pay 50% more than the quote I got the previous day...I ask to speak with management who informed that they have been receiving complaints about similar issues and they apologized, nothing more.

My Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 screen protector was coming off and making cracking noises. I called Samsung and they told me to go here because they qualify for the authorized repair shop. I callef them up and they were able to fix my issue the same day. And they did a courtesy with my front screen also. Thank you
