I have lived at Ridgecrest Apartment Homes for just short of 5 years. The only reason I'm moving is because I'm moving out of state. I'm giving 5 stars because in my almost 5 years as a resident, the property management staff have been outstanding. As is the maintenance staff. Maintenance is prompt at repairs and resolving issues, as well as friendly and professional.

Ridgecrest is a beautiful place to live and all the staff are incredibly helpful. They are understanding about special circumstances and they were very quick to reply to any questions we had while transferring to our new unit. My mom lived here about a year and when her lease was up she was just so eager to stay that we just transferred to the next available unit! Emma especially was just a dream to work with. Even tho we had a bit of back and forth and some misunderstandings she was very eager to help us understand everything we were signing up for and to help us along in our process. The neighborhood is quiet but not too quiet and absolutely beautiful with fountains and landscaping they have throughout the complex. Over all ridgecrest is a very nice neighborhood to live in and the staff are all very dedicated. I definently recommend 👍

Apartments are really nice and the staff has always been helpful with any questions from the start of the move in process to being current tenants. These apartments are nice and the fact that the staff is good really makes it a great experience. Definitely recommend talking to Emma if you're considering living here. She has been extremely helpful.

I know this is probably an old question but I'll answer for anyone who is reading this in the future. I am a current resident and have had this same problem and asked management about it. In your welcome paperwork there is a paper showing what carport is yours. If someone is parked in it without your permission, you are within your right to have them towed. If I recall right the tow company that services this complex is Tow&Mo or something like that. I think it should say on that paperwork I mentioned earlier. Call the tow company, tell them someone is in your carport and they will tow them. You need to be able to show them your paperwork and ID to prove that it is your carport. We had to do this for a car in our carport when we first moved in. We tried to be nice first and find the owner but it was 1 am in the morning and they were nowhere to be found and we had no other place to park.
