I came here to grab a few things I had forgotten to pack for my pup while we were visiting the mom in law in High Point. When I came in, I was greeted by a young lady that was sitting behind the counter. She did not attempt to get up as I was looking around the store trying to acclimate myself to where I needed to go to get my stuff. I finally found a couple of the many things I needed. The store I shop at in GA is much more stocked and have a wider variety of things for the dogs. This store has a lot of gifty type stuff for humans. I was the only customer in the store but there was the young lady at the counter and a gentleman that walked by me without acknowledgement. (I had a list I needed help finding). Anyway, as I was leaving and checking out with one of the 5 things I needed, the young lady asked me if I was on their loyalty program. I said no, its my first time here. She said "oh ok. Your total is $X.xx". I guess I dont get to be a member. Lackluster experience with customer service and selection was less to be desired.

They have an extent variety of items and they have really good prices as well! The groomer is great as well! They also have self service doggy showers which are also great and they are super stocked!
