I always find it hard to reach anyone directly. Fastest I've found was call the specific Bethany location of which you see your Dr. at. Like making a appt. To try to reach someone w/out leaving a message. Also a quicker way is go to your pharmacy and have them get in touch with your Drs office. That's the quickest way I've found to get a script taken care of. Otherwise you'll have to go to the office in person. It's frustrating I know and something they must work on in order to keep patients. I for one will be addressing this issue with my own Dr. at my next appt coming up. If not better I'll be looking for a new Dr. Hope this helps & you are able to resolve your issue quickly.
