Now first off, it may seem like I’m making a big deal, but I’m not. I ordered a chili cheese ranchero burger from here, asked to add bacon and onions, they said no problem, got a couple extra sides, again, no problem. Went to pick up my food, got back to work, order was wrong. I called to let them know, and the cashier that picked up the phone was kind and understanding. Put me on the phone with a manager, which i said I didn’t need but they insisted. This is where things went wrong. I told the manager that it was no big deal and asked if I could get my order corrected. She was ver rude, snoddy, and very dismissive. I did read something wrong on the menu, but it was very skewed with the description. When there is a burger listed in the menu, typically it’s served with a bun on top, and on bottom, correct? Not with this item. Regardless, I asked for bacon and onions to be added, and that was also forgotten. Mind you, the restaurant was EMPTY! Needless to say, I went to go pick up my correct order, and the manager, who was extremely rude, pretentious, and acted like it was my fault they got my order wrong, was dismissive, smug and had no sense of customer service. All I wanted was my order corrected and the lady who took my order was nice and cordial, but the manager was not anything like a manager should be. I told the cashier the only reason I would be back was because of her. Also, the food was less than desirable after all that. I may have told the cashier I’d be back because of her, but I seriously doubt it. Unless there’s a change in management, I won’t be back
