Absolutely terrible management. Applied for an apartment in the last week of March 2022 and they rejected the application. Post this I was supposed to be refunded the $350 paid during the application. I have been following up them for over 2 months now and have not heard back from anyone. Called them over 20 times and sent over 10 email following up regarding this but no answer from the leasing office. Whenever you call it will go to an off site office who is the most pointless because they have absolutely no clue or answers and only act as a voice message machine. So be careful when you apply. Most unresponsive property management company I have seen till now. It's a waste of time to even try to get these people on the phone but they don't even have the decency to reply when it is question of giving the applicants their money back. Very Very unethical company.

Soma at Brickell is an amazing place! The units are well designed, the common areas are very nice, and the pool is amazing! Our leasing agent, Carlos, made the entire application process feel very refined and streamlined. 10/10 highly recommend!

I've lived here for about 1.5 years now and posting some pros and cons: Pros: - Huge and lovely apartment - office and maintenance staff are effective and friendly - Repairs, the app to request a repair is super easy to use, sometimes they show up an hour later sometimes it can take a few days - cheap utility bills - good area of town, walking distance to park/trains/bus - Pet friendly - The courtyards and lounge are really cute and chill - Neighbors are overall nice and respectful Cons: - No one cleans up after their dogs, feces litter sidewalks, halls, and courtyard. They have staff who clean up often, but still its not enough - carpet (all carpets in halls are heavily stained and smell) I recommend no carpets in a pet friendly complex - Trash dolly. I don't like this system because the employee responsible to collect trash sometimes never shows up, so trash bags litter the hallways, adding to the smell - Traffic, complex is on the corner of one of the messiest intersections in Brickell. Drivers love blaring their horns all times of the day (but luckily thick windows muffle the noise, its just very loud if you like your windows open) - Very sensitive fire alarm - Not the best security, have plenty of cameras and multiple locked doors, but two guys walked in easily and stole my scooter in broad daylight
