Was told to go to the wrong theater after realizing this the movie we went to see was half over. Employee was very disrespectful and manager never returned call for a refund.Had two other witnesses that also heard the theater she told me to go to and was still told by employee that she didn’t say that.I will contact my bank and stop payment after the way I was treated. Again my family and I are still being called liars by now the owner. I have no reason to lie what good would it do me. After making my daughter cry we will not be returning to your theater. I think from a customer service standpoint it’s pretty sad when the owner doesn’t answer their phone or at least call you back. FYI not all employees are truthful.Again calling me a liar is one thing but calling both of my young daughters one is more of an issue it’s very insulting for them but I guess that’s just the way you do business.

Very quaint venue. However, the seats are very uncomfortable and even the slightest movement or whisper echos. My mother and I enjoyed the experience.

Went this past weekend to see Marcel the Shell. We didn't realize it was in their "petit" cinema, which is really a basement room with like 20 seats and a home theater sized screen. We asked for a refund before the show had even started, as we didn't want to sit in that small room with other people to watch a movie on a tiny screen. The staff was completely unhelpful and offered no solution, not even passes to come another time. 1) That room should not cost the same as your large theaters. It's silly to even call that a theater. 2) You should put "no refunds" on your site at checkout, and on your tickets 3) I saw in someone else's review that you do have passes. So that would have solved our problem, and we would have been happy with that. We also would have come back and bought more concessions, and been repeat customers. Now, we're just not going to come back. So enjoy our $20 :)

Not usually/ we open up around lunchtime on weekends. We used to have them pre-pandemic but just haven’t had capacity or attendance numbers to revive them yet.
