My husband and I and our two young children have stayed here for years. It's close enough to the beach to bike and parking if your bringing a load to the beach for the day. The beach has showers And a snack bar on the resort side. It's clean and quiet. The property is well maintained inside and out. Two bikes come with each unit and the entire island is bikeable. The pool and spa are nice however the splash pad has been broken for 4 years.

Questions & Answers

I have friends visiting that will be staying at Spinnaker at Shipyard. Do I have to purchase a visitor pass in order to come into Shipyard Plantation to see them?

What do you have to do if reservations aren't in your name and you arrive first?

Does Spinnaker at Shipyard offer cribs for babies? If so, is there a charge?

I did not see one either. They are wonderful, clean, and family friendly. We really appreciated the free use of bicycles
