The tech didn't have the part on the truck after I gave model number and serial number of the dryer to the representative on the phone. There was a delay on repair and then wanted to charge $50 to clean lint out from under dryer. DISAPPOINTED and not what I expected from Sears.

So far, Sears has attempted to fix my Kenmore Elite Front Loading Washer 4 times to get it to spin without making horribly loud banging noises. The first two times they changed the shocks which helped just a little but only for a short while. The third visit was from a rude unprofessional person that looked at it for about 10 minutes, said he couldn’t do anything, and left. The fourth person had no suggestions either. A FIFTH repair appointment is scheduled in a couple days in hope of getting a repair person that knows what to do. Thank goodness I have a warranty for this so that I’m not paying these Bozos every time they come out and do nothing.
