I came in with am emergency eye problem at 6 pm. The receptionist was contiguous. friendly. The nurse was professional. The Dr, gave me an extensive eye exam It was my first time here I was very impressed with there work

I arrived at 7:15pm and was told that they would no longer be seeing patients. (There was no one in the waiting area) I told the front desk person I was exposed to strep, I had a sore throat, I just needed to get my throat swabbed. Eventually I was able to be seen by Dr. Neptune. Dr. Neptune looked at my throat and felt my lymph nodes (that is all) and told me that I would have results from my strep test the next day. I asked why I wouldn't hear back tonight and she said "Well it takes 35 minutes" .....shocking. I said "Okay I'd like to know tonight so that I can begin treating this." She then proceeded to frantically find a way to not stay 10 minutes past the "official" close time of 7:45pm. She finally agreed to have a nurse call me at 8pm when the results would be done. My test came back negative. The next day I had a fever and tested positive for Covid. (A test that Dr. Neptune did not bother to perform) We all have jobs that keep us late. If you say you close at 7:45pm, that's when you stop taking patients. If you would like to leave at 7:45pm, then close at 7:00pm. It's that simple. That was a complete waste of my time and money as I was able to diagnose and treat myself after your care was unable to do so.

We had to visit urgent care and from the receptionist, to doctor and nurses, the patient care has been excellent. The doctor was really diligent to make sure that she understood what treatments were possible. They were kind and transparent, going out of their way to make sure that we knew what was happening and frequently checking in. Also making sure that the patient and their parent was comfortable. This is healthcare the way it is meant to be.
