Long waits, all but unusable portal, appointments are extremely difficult to get—it was months just to get an OBGYN check up and a general physical. I understand that COVID is putting stress on the system, but it’s been this way since we moved to Westchester a year ago, with no signs of improvement. Right now I’m in the lab waiting to get blood work and it’s a one hour wait. I asked if I should come back later or tomorrow: “No. It won’t be any better.” Staff seems understandably stressed out and they pass that stress on to others. I wish we’d never signed up with Caremount because it’s a lot of work to switch practices and start over with new doctors.

I have never been treated as poorly as I was at the CareMount lab located on the ground floor of 90 S Bedford Rd in Mt. Kisco. My primary care physician instructed me to get a covid/flu/strep test and a CareMount representative instructed me to go to the lab at 90 S Bedford Rd in Mt Kisco because it was the closest facility to my home. Once there the staff at the front desk was incredibly rude and kicked me out of the building. They claimed that my symptoms could be covid so they did not want me in their facility. I tried to explain that a CareMount rep had instructed me to go to this lab. They implied that I was lying and told me I had to leave the building immediately. I was incredibly embarrassed by the staff at the lab and was forced to go to an Urgent Care to receive the test, which turned out to be negative. For a sick patient to be treated this way was incredibly unprofessional of a medical facility and I have no plans to return. CareMount treated me like I was a criminal. For the record, I have gone to this facility for most of my life. I could not be more disappointed.
