I have nothing bad to say about the physicians that work there, however, getting through to a human is nearly impossible. When you do you have to leave a message and hope to hear back in the same day.

I've only seen 1 doctor thus far and will not return due to lack of communication and I had to wait two weeks for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. After 2 weeks and 6 phone calls to their offices in Mount Kisco, the prescription was filled but to the wrong pharmacy. This place is a joke. Not everything that glitters is gold. The area and building is glammed up by the office staff are not doing their jobs.

I really miss the good old days of Mid Hudson Medical Group when calling for service. Also, please stop with the standing announcement of high call volumes due to Covid. It's an insulting excuse for super long wait times, dropped calls, horrible service. I dread having to call. Please staff up to meet needs.

To Shirley etal, who was asking whether she should wait until NWH contacted her through I presume a CareMount affiliated doctor because she was scheduled for surgery. Even though this question is 8 moths old hopefully it will help somebody else. Don’t wait! CareMount has some good amount of trouble with their scheduling and I am being very polite when I this. My wonderful doctor works on Monday, Wednesday ad Friday For $ , than she does triple time as mom and married person. So they scheduled me for a Tuesday! Then I confirmed the appointment since it did not sound correct. Lo and behold, she does not workmen.onnTuesday! Yes, their phone systisnhopless, they know iy, yet management refuses to fix it. Really?
All locations should be open. But check with your Dr to make sure.
