it says they provide for exotic animals but when i asked apparently they don’t see ferrets. don’t make sense.

Difficulty getting them to not set phones on too busy to answer, leave a msg, not returning calls, waiting on shots or services which then fall into the next cycle you havent paid yet so that's how they try to deny paid services.

I'm really getting sick of this place. I've been bringing my dog here for almost 2yrs. I called concerned that she may have kennel cough they're telling me they don't have an appointment for 2 weeks. I don't even know why I'm paying a monthly fee for this place when I have emergencies and concerns they don't even see her within a reason time frame

My little girl (Isis) was shaking when we arrived. They loved and doted on her and gave her attention to make her comfortable. Showing the love and respect they have for our pets.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hi Emma - Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals such as reptiles and birds. We also offer treatment for other small mammals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils. We suggest contacting your local Banfield to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet, or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your exotic pet or small mammal in for a veterinary visit.
Hey Jennifer sorry for your loss.. did they send your kitty to the crematory? Probably should check your paperwork, I know the day of the incident you probably were overwhelmed, that would be my suggestion.. Good luck..
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Bansfield doesn't accept animals for surrender but the Augusta Humane Society or Animal Shelter will.
No. But Aiken SPCA is a no kill shelter with a great staff.
I would go to the pet hospital immediately
I would hope so considering all the other surgery they do.
