I cannot believe how rude the women in this office are. Both of the women I spoke with cut me off mid sentence while I was trying to explain why I was calling. Basic respect and common courtesy for residents is non-existent I suppose. There is no need to cut people off when they are just trying to get help. I ended up hanging up on the second one once I got the information needed. I have no patience for people who treat others like garbage for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

These people are VERY vendictive and don't care about the safety or health of the residents only their image. They are horrible to work with and are a bunch of self centered individuals that think they are gods and have nothing but hate for the residents.. See those railings were NOT astetic enough for them. They will NOT work with us and made us remove the safety for a disabled individual and he is now a prisoner in his own home. Like I said they are terrible people to even try to work with and don't forget to pay them to do their job Somebody needs to help them realize they are narcassits.

The company that is contracted to run the Daybreak HOA is vindictive. The manager over my Village is incompetent. My village maintenance fee includes yard care & maintenance by Brightview (contracted). We are luck to have our small yard mowed, forgot aeration and weedings. Each time I have contacted the Village manager or the Master HOA office to voice my concern or complaint, I receive a notice of violation.
