How long is it supposed to take to get ashes back? I had to put my kitty to sleep two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the call that her ashes are ready.

Hey Jennifer sorry for your loss.. did they send your kitty to the crematory? Probably should check your paperwork, I know the day of the incident you probably were overwhelmed, that would be my suggestion.. Good luck..
