Compassion and lots of love for all the animals there. We adopted a dog, after ours passed away . Highly recommend checking them out. They do background checks and all, to be sure the animals the adopter picks, is a perfect fit. We love our lil gal. She picked us❤ We are so grateful for our lil one! Why go to pet store and buy? Support our shelters!

Contact Cloud Nine they will cremate your pooch at a reasonable price. Thay've done all 7 of my cats. Highly recommend them, they are very gracious and caring people, and handle your pooch with the utmost tender care and dignity.
I would take them to Peaceable Kingdom
Please call the shelter and speak to the staff.
My dog of 14years has alot of issues I dont know how to go about doing what has to get done can you help me
I have a rabbit that i’m currently looking to re-home. She’s an awesome 2 1/2 year old and litter trained
The price is $250.00 you need a driver's license or state ID you need to fill out an application and you need to sign in are the desk so you can go look at the different dogs they have if you want to take a dog to the acquainted room you have to ask them and somebody will bring them for you and they will call you if your application gets approved or not and I know they do low-cost spayed and neutering there if your application gets approved
I went to that place because I had a picture of my dog standing in a picture that is a girl with a mirage with a dog and then I saw one that was with an azure sole in the snow and I didn't find anything about your photo. of your lost dog and they don't help anyone, they only design to see if this is not helping, they don't give information, my dog is sick, I needed an operation with a problem that has to be taken to the doctor, but he told me that the operation cost tremil dolare or put him to sleep i pull him with my finger i regret it being a pupil i a medicine ie that helped him i is looking for it exposed photo of the I nadies design nothing I keep putting photo if someone has to e I was her sister, she is sad since she was lost
Don't move in an apartment that doesn't accept dogs!!!
I had my female cat fixed and it was $125. However if you don't have them up to date on shots it's $40 more
I believe so. Call them.
Have you ever filled out an application to Foster?
Prices for all of our veterinary services are listed on our web site. Thanks!
Yes they accept rabbits and other small animals.
There are other animal shelters/sanctuaries if you can't find him there. I'd suggest you'd leave them a picture and call other places like sanctuary of halfsville. They have a lot of cats that have been lost. Also peaceable kingdom in Whitehall, not sure how far your cat has gone. If he's microchipped your good and will contact you if he's found.
That I don't know
You'll have to be vetted by the staff, first, but it's not a terrifying ordeal! You can also volunteer as a dog walker, which is a blessing for the canines!
Depending on where you live, I used Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital in Allentown. Dr Meyers is highly recommended. Does a wonderful job and can do both surgeries together, depending on the health of the animal.
I disagree with the above poster. The cat could be someone's lost pet and if it is feral should be neutered. Ask your neighbors if they know anything about the cat and visit nnnlv.org for help with trapping the cat and getting it scanned for a microchip or neutered if necessary.
It is best to call the shelter and file the complaint. They get to busy to read on here. Believe they get extremely busy they are over crowded at the shelter but please call them. After hours call the Police.
$140. Includes fully vaccinated, micro chipped & spayed/neutered.
Not unreasonable considering the pet you adopt is up to date on vaccinations and spayed or neutered. Not to mention you are saving a life and have a companion for years.
I'm not employed by them. I'm pretty sure it's volunteer.
There are always cats and kittens. But yes call and check prices are reasonable but they were building so check their hours and such.
It's a no kill shelter and they just built on. Larger rooms for cat's.
It all depends on the type of cat. If is a Mountain Lion. Run
All of our animals are listed on our web site. Take a look and find your next best friend!
We drop off a dog that got scarred and ran away from home. The man scanned the chip and the woman came to pick up.
They have a clinic. You can call and ask or check the price on the website.
I just did. My experience was good. First you fill out an adoption application. Once you are approved, you can look on their site to see if there is a dog that interests you. If you find one, fill out an animal visit request. If they think the animal is a potential match for you, they will schedule your visit. All children and any other dogs from the household have to visit the potential dog to make sure everyone gets along. If it is indeed a match, you can make arrangements for when you will pick up the dog to bring him/her home. They have a promise that if your dog gets sick in the first two weeks of being home you can bring him/her to their clinic by appointment and they will medically treat the dog for free.
You can call them and find out, they also foster pets.
Nice people in very good prices
Report them to your local police. I would personally go over to them. Take the cage and release the squirrels elsewhere. And take the cage from them. But definitely REPORT THEM!!!!! Where do you live.
It’s really none of your business Bobby. However, yes your case is over and justice was indeed served to you. On Oct. 6, Lehigh County animal welfare officials removed 65 beagles from what they called “deplorable” conditions in an Upper Saucon Township home. Owner Robert Tettemer was cited for operating an unlicensed kennel. The dogs were sent to the Lehigh County Humane Society and quickly adopted.
I believe it is 18 yrs old. But reach out to.the shelter for more information .
I don't know but you can call them.
The doors are open to come in . check the hours on their website for times
Can you call the shelter and see to bring it in
Go onto the website and complete an adoption application that way you have it of you find a dog you want.

I was looking to adopt a cat. Not sure what kind of dogs they have.
They are open for dog licences, just walk in and fill out the paperwork.
please give some water to that poor cat
I'm not sure if they have it, but I bought mine during the pet clinic at the pet supplies plus on MacArthur road.
LCHS will not adopt an animal to a household with an unaltered animal.
Sandra, please call our office at 610-797-1205. We do dental cleanings.
Always look at the website it has all the info needed
Please call our office 610-797-1205
Please call 610-797-1205 extension 310 to report any animal cruelty issues
Our foster program is part of our adoption process.
Yes rabbits and such when they have them
Try Logan's heros
Please fill out a surrender application on our web site. Thanks
Yes. Our fees are located on our web site
Vet prices are posted on their website. If you cannot find what you are looking for there try calling during their business hours
Please do not call animal control to take them away!! I recommend googling TNR (trap, neuter, release) and seeing if that’s an option in ur area. It allows feral cat communities to survive without them breeding. Look up kittenlady also for some info!!
You need to go there and also have pictures or records to prove he is yours. They check microchips so if he isn't you should have that done.
You report this anonymously through the LCHS web site
Yes
If you mean like a service where they come help with stray animals I dont think they do. If your looking to volunteer they can always use help. I hope this helps. If not give them a call direct.☺
Please call our office to see if arrangements can be made. We would need more information
Most shelter's have voucher's. You pay the shelter (price varies) then Take the dog to a vet clinic that excepts the voucher. Call your local shelter for details
My dog is from there. She is such a great girl.
Call the nearest shelter or your local dog Warden ASAP. It's always anonymous
Why would you take a job that makes you give up your dog?
Just ho there , look up there hours animals change all the time just stop in , people there are friendly and most helpful
Not sure sorry no help
No, only if the animal has bitten/injured another person or if they are injured beyond saving.
Hello Kristen, Thank you for your interest! You can find out more about our pricing here: https://lehighcountyhumanesociety.org/adopt-your-next-best-friend/pricing/ Please let me know if you any further questions! Thank you!
call Forgotten Felines and Fidos in Germansville, PA. They can help trap, neuter or spay and then release. The Cat Shake in Trexlertown may also be able to help with TNR. Humane Society will kill them since they are feral and not adoptable.
I donate, I dont see the rescues they have. You could call.
Pet supplies plus has a clinic for shots every Sunday 4:00-5:00pm
Just give them a call
Call the police and try to adopt them
Call a cat rescue in the area and ask for a humane trap, and they can help set it up to catch the cat and then you'll need to have blood work done, and then update on shot, spay and neuter and microchip. Keep him in a quiet room with a litter box, food and water , keep food and water away from litter box. And speak softly and move slowly as not to frighten him until they become adjusted to their area. Keep all other doors closed if he gets loose they bolt for the nearest opening. It takes time and patience and understanding for both of you to adjust, and once that happens, you'll have the best bed-mate ever. I know, I've had 7. Good luck!!
The fee is according to the weight of the animal
Yes
640 Dixon St. Allentown, Pa. Staff on site will process and application for you.
I saw in newspaper it is $240. Check their website it goes into detail about adoption process. The article was in Thursday October 18, 2018 Morning Call.
We require everyone in the household come into the shelter to meet our animals in order to apply for them. 5-7 business days for an answer regarding the application.
Hello Edwin, We have a waiting list that can have your information added. Try www.getyourpet.com to help re home your dog. Best Regards, LCHS
They do not have vet services
Bow WoW & Meow in the S 4th Street Shopping Center holds low cost shot clinics on some weekends. PetSmart does as well.
Humane Society is not a vet. They may be able to recommend a vet who will work with you financially.
Properly licensed and vaccinated yes it is but check with your landlord if you have one
They don't provide this service but they are associated with folks who do.
Hello Valerie, We open to the public at 11:00AM but our staff is here at 7:00AM to start feeding, cleaning and walking. We also have volunteers that come in throughout the day to help with things.
Our cost is 96 we sell certificates for west valley or pleasant valley
The works is a collection of vaccines. Rabies, Distemper, Lyme and Bordetella.
Yes but you need to call them to discuss. If not here there are others
We sell low cost spay neuter certificates. The cost for a cat neuter is $60.
Just wondering if you got ahold of family members to see if they might take care of the dog for now I know you would be able to take him here I just hate to see another pit in a shelter
Pretty sure it depends on what they have you do. But most likely 16-18
I had my dog chipped at the vet when he was a puppy. The vet took care of the registration of the chip with the company that monitors it. If you want to get a license for the dog you can do it at the Humane Society for a 1 year license. There is paperwork to fill out, you don't need the dog. it cost about $9.00. I'm not sure if they do an5 with registration of the chip. You'd have to ask them. Now, if you want to get a lifetime license, the Humane Society doesn't do that, you have to go to the Lehigh County Government Building on 7th St. South of Hamilton Ave. There you need a paper filled out by the Vet. with the chip information. Again you don't need the dog. I'm not sure of the cost.
Yes but you need to call them
The animals are up for adoption not for sale. The fees are for the microchip, vet, licenses fees
A P - do not ever spread such horrible misinformation about rescue dogs. Dogs are dogs. If a dog is not perfectly behaved, it’s due to humans mistreating or harming them.
All fixed. Most of them are under 40 lbs but you can ask when you go
We sell low cost spay and neuter certificates that can be used at two local vets. Pleasant Valley and West Valley Animal Hospital. They can be purchased during normal business hours. Canine neuter 96, canine spay 111, feline neuter 60 and feline spay 94.
You need to schedule an appointment
You can't do that at the humane society.
They do have bunnies for adoption.
LCHS does not offer free vaccination. They do host rabies clinics from time to time where the costs are discounted
They take volunteers, but you must fill out an application and play exactly by their rules. Over 18 years old
They have clinics they are associated with that do this
