The neighbors left to go away. Have dog outside behind big fense has been barking for 24hrs non stop. I don't want to call the police. They won't do anything. It rained last night. And its July. Does the dog have food and water.

For all that is good, please help that animal. If you don't want to go over, please call SOMEONE. Animal control, local police, a friend, another neighbor, ANYONE.

There are new state laws about leaving your dog outside. Call your County animal control officer. He/she should be able to help you out.
