I have to surrender our Chocolate Lab.5yrs old, because we have been transfer down to South Carolina for work, and can't take her with us. She is a wonderful dog who loves kids and hates storms. How do I go about doing this...?

Although I very much like Lehigh County Humane shelter I would suggest you 1st look on line for a lab rescue group. They will specialize in rehoming Labradors. Good luck.
