Depending on where you live, I used Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital in Allentown. Dr Meyers is highly recommended. Does a wonderful job and can do both surgeries together, depending on the health of the animal.
A small, local vet may be your best bet for the tooth. Check for spaying clinics, which can be cost effective.
I don't know. I only took my cat there to be put to sleep. But I wouldn't take my worst enemy there
I would contact the Lehigh County Humane Society directly there no kill shelter now and if you call them I'm sure they can give you a list of reasonable veterinarians and things that they can provide at their location
