**EDIT: Changing this review from 2 stars to 4. Jenna and Dan reached out to me and offered to fix my hair. They were very kind and accommodating, and thanked me for coming back, and they did a lovely job with my hair today.** TLDR: they accidentally dyed my hair red in December, and today my root touch up ended up with nearly all of my hair being darker than it was before and it has a green/blue tint. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I am truly upset and frustrated. I usually get my hair dyed a golden blond color. I've been doing this for years and years and it's never been a problem until this year. In December I went in for a regular root touch up and showed example photos from my previous root touch up. My usual stylist (Jess--I love her) was out sick so someone called her to ask her what she usually uses on my hair. Somehow, even though I obviously walked into the salon with blond hair, and even though I showed several pictures of myself with blond hair, I ended up with rather bright red hair that day. (See photos.) They were good about rescheduling me so I could have it fixed, but it took several sessions to get my hair back to normal(ish), which caused a fair amount of damage to my hair, and I had to pay for all of these (including the red dye day) except the first fix. Today was not quite as bad as December but I am still frustrated. Same stylist as in December. I asked for a root touch up and again showed example photos of myself immediately after other root touch ups. After the cut and color, I put my glasses back on to find that instead of having lighter roots, my hair is, in fact, darker than it was before. The ends in particular are even darker than my natural hair color and look weirdly green--and they're certainly not blond anymore. I mentioned this and she seemed surprised that I was bothered, and told me it will wash out. She also told me I can come back and have it fixed if it's still too dark in a few days. I still felt kind of gaslit that no one mentioned that my hair would end up darker, even if it really is temporary. And honestly I'm not sure I want to have her fix it. At this point having her do my hair gives me anxiety that I will leave the salon feeling sad and uncomfortable. Everyone here is so nice, and it's a super popular and pleasant spot, but... I've not had great experiences lately. I can't believe how much money I've spent on hair that I don't want. I went in for just a layered cut and 6-8 inches cut off. I wanted quite a lot of layers (I showed multiple reference photos) and a large difference in length all around my head, but the end result was not very satisfactory. I asked if they could cut more but was rushed out due to another client waiting. The result looked almost exactly the same as what I started with, and I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed in the end. I did enjoy the products they used when washing my hair, it smelled great for a few days after.

I don't know, but just call them up and ask. They're nice people.
