I am tired of driving to the store and finding out they are closed . They never abide by the opening and closing hours they have online . On days they advertise as open I find out they’re closed after getting there . I will be finding a new beauty store in the area .

I was so happy to find this store. Let's be honest is not many stores in this area that I can get the products that I need for myself and children without driving a distance. I was even happier to know that the store was owned by an African American couple (Double plus). I went to the store today at 5:30pm rushing trying to get hair to finish my daughter's her for the first day of school. When I arrived, an older man was closing the store. I said it's not 6pm, why are you closing, and he rudely said that he had somewhere to be and went to his red Benz and drove away! So disappointing!! I'll keep driving to the black owned beauty supply store in Roswell. PDK Beauty Supply owners are beyond friendly, shelves are always stocked, and THEY OPEN AND CLOSE AS ADVERTISED ONLINE! 710 Holcomb Bridge Rd

Believe the reviews. 5:11pm doors are locked and the gate inside is down. They’re closed during business hours. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Terrible service—This place is inconsistent, unreliable and incompetent. They are closing before their publized time of 6pm, rushing me out of the door and literally paying me no attention. I had to excuse myself to interrupt the gentleman while he's on a personal call, telling someone that he's closing early. I asked for alternate options to purchase a similar product that is currently out of stock and the guy knows absolutely nothing, nor did he put an ounce of effort into finding out. He said he doesn't know and walked away. I made a purchase out of desperation but it's the last dollar I'll spend here. Guess I'll go back to Sally's and support you know who since WE can't operate mannerably.
