The company that owns this place is called Wassco. They are a company out of Lincoln. I would highly recommend staying away from these people. They are bad news. I used to live in a building that they owned. They are horrible people. Nothing ever got fixed and you had to contact them many times just to get a response. They would hire and fire managers every couple of months. I also over heard employees complaining that they weren’t getting paid and would refuse to work any extra hours because of that. Stay away!

If I could give zero stars I would, left my apartment clean, and they charged me for cleaning 6 hours to clean a one bedroom, ridiculous, I moved in there two years ago all doors were scratched, put that on my move in check list, but they charged me for that also, they charge you for plumbers to come out to snake a drain, kitchen sink backed up with soap suds since I lived there, office refused to do anything, front door to building was broken for a year, and better yet they aren’t contacting me back for concerns about the final statement, went to the corporate website, number went to a complex in Lincoln, she wouldn’t give me the corporate number, don’t waste your money here, poor management, real slum lords

Horrible! Please save your money and go somewhere else. 1) When we moved in, paint was splattered on the sink and all over the place. 2) Doors and Cabinets were falling off nonstop. Requested maintenance multiple times only to have the doors fall off again. 3) We had water damage, was told to put a fan on it and they never came to repair. Now the carpet was all crusty due to them not fixing it. 4) There was mold around the toilet in the bathroom. 5) Now that we have moved out, they are wanting to charge us $4,000!! For damages that were already there. I can say this, we will not be paying it and if they keep pursuing we will get lawyers involved. The new company that took over has lost half of our paperwork, you can barley use the pool because it’s closed half of the time. They did not give us a notice of what needed to be fixed. I found out by myself by logging onto the app. Do Not Move In Here!
