Been living here for over four years now and love it. I can speak for the two bedroom apartment. Spacious, updated interior, two full baths, and outside storage closet, closet by entry (which is walk-in) and in each bedroom (master is walk in), but the best feature is the laundry room with washer and dryer, you can walk in, so much storage! It's like it's own little room! Love it! Open concept. Pool is big and always kept clean. I have not used the clubhouse, but seen it and it looks very nice. You can see the pictures on the website. Obviously, for privacy reasons, I'm not taking pics of where we live. We have had three different property managers during our time here so far, but that's not unusual for any major apartment management company. They are helpful, and if unavailable, leave a message and they will get back to you. This property is run by John Hancock Co. and they do a great job. There have been two maintenance gentleman that have worked here as long as we have been here and they are wonderful! I think they hired a new guy, but haven't met him yet. There is after hours emergency maintenance, and Frontline Private Security will patrol the premises. This part of town is still nice with a lot of good people. Grocery store and gas station in walking distance. Hospital two mins. away. And there is a nice walkway along 82nd St to go for a walk (it does get busy during the rush hour times and is kinda loud with the traffic). But, I probably wouldn't go after dark alone. That's just my opinion. And that's true of most places now a days. Haven't had any problems with cars being broken into, that sort of thing for about two years now as far as i know. But I think that's because residents are doing a better job not leaving anything in their cars. Really great landscaping done where there is space, one of the maintenance gentleman keeps that up. And they have a mowing service that does a great job, when they come it's about 8am. If you don't work a 9-5 shift, and get an apartment close to 82nd St, if you are a light sleeper, get some ear plugs and you'll be fine. Some people that drive the street late at night have bad mufflers, or big trucks, I'm not sure. But that's what works for me since my shifts are not 9-5. Obviously, the traffic noise is not the apartments fault, 82nd is kinda like a shortcut to 90th or 72nd depending on how you use it. We love this this apartment and the rent is very similar to the nearby apartments similar in size and amenities. Would highly recommend!

We have been residents at Peony Village for a year now. We have been extremely happy with the interactions between management and maintenance staff. Everyone is super friendly and attentive to any situation that arises. The few maintenance issues we have had, have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner, generally the same day. The manager, Malia, is outstanding! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. We absolutely love our apartment. It is very spacious with all the amenities we were looking for. The location is terrific, being centrally located. The apartment community is clean and very quiet. All the residents are very respectful of one another. We recently renewed our lease and plan to call Peony Village home for the foreseeable future.

Management staff and maintenance crew are FANTASTIC! Units are up to date, clean, new stainless appliances, and spacious. Complex is quiet, cozy, and secured with keypad entries. The pool in the summer is the cherry on the sundae.
