THIS IS A SLUM LORD APARTMENT COMPLEX. I had to report having mice 6 times before they did the absolute bare minimum to solve the problem. Not to mention they have a stink bug problem as well that is never ending. When I moved in the carpet appeared to not have been replaced in 3 or 4 tenants. Per my lease it said they weren’t replacing the carpet because I had a cat. When I finally moved out they charged me $500 for “stains on the carpet” …. THEY CARPET WAS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE WHEN I MOVED IN. the parking lot is absolutely atrocious. It is always pull of potholes and there is no parking. If you ever have anyone visit they have to park across the whole complex to not get towed. The amenities are never up and running. The ladies at the leasing office NEVER answer the phone.

I love the location! It’s close to several shopping centers, close to the interstate. The property manager does her best to get issues resolved in a timely manner. As much as I’d love to feel like I’m the only resident, I fully understand that there are over 100 residents she has to take care of. Regardless, I feel like every time I walk into the office, I am recognized! Communication is solid.

I been here for five years. Bad parking policy. Towing car for the visitor. Entire building smell stingy. Bad customer services in leasing office. Change policy and do whatever they want. Gym and other facilities are bad but still charge money.
