I would shut this place down Number 1 They never finished the brick walls. And Number 2 it has more then 10 leakages plus the office doesn't even care our cabinets and counters are so breakable it looks like it was done by a hot glue gun with no glue please i am warning you never rent it EVER!!!!! Especially the basement its not finished these photos were in two different times

How can you get people to live at the lofts if no one ever answers even left voicemails. Smh worst experience ever it tells a lot of if there was ever an issue they probably will never get to you

it's low income, and I do believe you can get section 8, but the utilities are so high, it's not worth it. Cold, drafty in the winter and summer it's very hot.. no insulation in the walls and the windows are probably the cheapest on the market.
