Although I love bath and body works, this location must post it’s hours of operation outside the store and update it on Google so people know what time to come in. Three customers tried to open the door and it wasn’t opened

I hate when I have these type of experiences in a store especially when you typically don’t but to be followed around when I knew exactly came into for wasn’t asked if I needed it pacifically stared at followed until I saw purchase my items in hand which both hands were full please do better as a business owner myself it goes a long way

I love this location. It's not in a mall, it's a stand-alone store. I've been coming here since they opened. Great location and everyone working there is helpful and friendly.
