I could not have envisioned a more caring and loving experience! I walked in without an appointment and burst into tears over needing to find a wig as a result of hair loss. The first face I saw was Kathleen and she was like an angel. She didn't give me the "I'm so sorry" or "It will be okay" platitudes. She simply offered me a hug and said, "okay, let's do this!". Gently and with great concern, we sat down and tried on a few favorites. The very first one she picked was THE one, but she let me test almost every style and color in the shop - and there are a TON! She gathered her co-workers for second opinions and even checked stock on a color I wanted. We ended up actually laughing as they loved me through it!
