I’ve had some great therapists here but they are always booked so far in advance. But I kid you not, at least 3 out of my last 6 appointments have been cancelled on me. And then they reschedule me with therapists that aren’t as good. I’m super frustrated. I have so many unused credits, they keep increasing prices, and the frequency of “emergencies” that the therapists have so that they can’t come to work is almost unrealistic. If I cancel less than 24 hours notice, Which I’ve never done, I get charged anyway. But they cancel on me and I have to wait days to weeks for a new appt AND I’m still expected to pay while they just cancel whenever they want. I’m beyond frustrated.

I had a massage yesterday at 6:30 pm She didn't give me my 50 minutes. It was awful massage . She sat in the rolling chair for the whole time so did half of my back. It realty sucked. She started with my feet which she should of started with the back first she did my feet for 30 minutes . I am canceling my membership anyway.

Not too fond of this location. They cancel at the last minute, but if you cancel there is a penalty. I was cancelled on twice within 3 days with no compensation. One of their therapists coughed in my face during my massage. We still have COVID.

The staff here are very friend and professional. This was my first time getting a massage and they were great about guiding me through the process and identifying what I want and was very much needing. This location isn't the one closest to home but I would definitely return based on the great experience.
