Yes, you must have the original receipt or packing slip for ALL returns. Macy's return policy states: Returns are accepted at any Macy's store within 90 days from purchase date. ... Macy's Optical allows returns within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. YOUR RECEIPT IS REQUIRED at time of return and item must be in its original condition.
