Excellent customer service! I'd give six stars if I could. I have an aftermarket cold air intake that didn't have the property identification. Rather than turn me away to figure it out on my own, the owner looked it up for me and help me pass. Very helpful, highly recommended. Update: same. Keep up the good work.

The customer service, knowledgeable, and helpful technician/owner is exemplary and more than what one would expect at any quality smog test only station. He went above and beyond any standard and expectation in his efforts to help. Unfortunately due to the multiple vehicle issues that already exist, he was not able to issue a certificate. He did let me know that the OBD (On Board Diagnostics computer) has no data in it due to the electrical issues wiping the data from the computer. He did this at No Charge.

I was able to get my vehicle smogged the same day on a Saturday for a reasonable price. Didn't take long at all either.

Easy to schedule, friendly and quick service! We were in and out in about 20 minutes! Glad they're located here in Windsor too, didn't have to drive all the way into Santa Rosa on a Saturday morning!
