Horrible costumer service. Avoid this pharmacy. Rude not helpful, I got some medicine and 12 hours later I came to return it and they are not refunding me. Monic was not helpful at all. All she kept saying is state law you can’t return it. UNPROFESSIONAL !!! AVOID THIS PLACE. Update : This place continuously becomes more horrible and nothing works here even the coupon computers don’t work , I asked the lady who works there why they don’t work and I told her to call the IT person that is in charge she said is Sunday they will not fix it. She had more time to talk back to me than call the costumer service and aka why the coupon computers don’t work. Cvs makes enough money to bring some Sunday to fix their computers. Btw this the line for the pharmacy on a random Thursday, 1 person working. Cvs corporate needs to be involved asap. They need to fix or shut down this location.

We've had a good customer service experience at the pharmacy counter, especially because of one employee who is kind, helpful and willing go the extra step to solve a problem. Even if the wait in line has been a bit long (it IS a very busy pharmacy) and people are impatient, she never loses her composure or her kindness. I've noticed her shifts can be very long (I've seen her in the early am and again in the evening when I needed to visit the pharmacy twice in one day) she's always ready to help with a smile. I've noticed her every time I visit, and am glad I can recognize excellent customer service that has made me feel valued. (I just wish I knew her name to give her a shout out.)

Very disappointed ! Bad service. While giving me the covid shot the pharmacist didn’t bother to use alcohol wipe properly. They didn’t ask me the current address ( which I have already updated twice in CVS but still has not been done In their system 😠 ) and put my old address in records.

If I could give minus stars I would. The most awful people work at this pharmacy. Kevin the pharmacist could not be less helpful and the woman at the cashier was rude, obnoxious and super unhelpful. Can't stand this place. I will go somewhere else completely. And get my meds there instead. Do not go here. You'll be treated like s--t.
