Not good. Staff was unprofessional when we arrived. They barely spoke to us and answered our few questions brusquely without looking at us while they carried a conversation between them. Use of the pool is not included, which they constantly tell you even if you haven’t mentioned it. They charge $25 per person to use the pool, and they guard it weirdly. The hallways and rooms are poorly maintained. The seams of the cheap laminate flooring in our room were chipped and raised. The elevator smelled and the carpet inside was caked with some kind of white stuff. There is only one ice machine in the building and it was broken. The one soda machine available eats five dollar bills. The ceiling vents drip water in the lobby. The restaurant charges more to substitute a salad for fries than it costs to just buy a salad. Everything is just a step below reasonable expectation and feels like a bait and switch at every turn. We travel a lot and we are pretty easygoing. This place is just frustrating.

Staff was average; some great and others out to lunch. For the money of the room, and the price of breakfast, I would have expected a correctly taken order, bacon that wasn't a day old, cold, and dry, and hash brown that wasn't just a circle of Luke warm potato mush. I was not the only one that complained and the staff were deer in headlights. Atmosphere of hotel is nice, apparently clean, and decently maintained.

Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else if you’re between two properties. For the price point the rooms are not in great condition, the beds are not comfortable, and above all else the staff clearly never got any kind of hospitality training. In my hundreds of hotel stays I’ve never come across front desk staff that’s been even remotely as rude to guests as this hotel.

Mother and I traveling through on our way to Pennsylvania and definitely got a sweet deal on a very cute hotel. Looks like they are doing some renovations but the place is gorgeous and has an updated menu. Staff was super friendly and chatty upon arrival and exit and the rooms were clean and quaint. A tad noisy from road noise but didn't bother us much. Had a great stay!
