The place was very clean the staff was helpful people are talking about the pool smelling like chlorine in the reviews I went in it and I’m pretty sure it’s a saltwater pool… Breakfast should be included but you have to pay but there’s a great deli across the street overall I like the place

Clean and friendly. convenient location. Stayed for three night and received no housekeeping service. Maybe this is the thing of the past. But, when you leave your room in the morning and return late at nice, it would be nice to have the bed made and coffee replenished.

The service was fine. My only complaint about the service is that according to Hilton Honors, silver members and above get the "free water" when checking in, but this hotel staff says it's only for Gold and above... As far as the hotel, this is the lowest quality Hilton stay I've ever experienced. The room was old and not well kept. The shower rod was barely hanging on with one loose screw... The counter was literally leaning and looked like something way to heavy was set on it. There was a house centipede in the room that freaked the heck out of my wife. Afterwards, she felt it necesyto check for other creepy crawly things and found there were used q-tips, bandaids, and tissues behind the bed and dresser. The lobby was literally 85-90 degrees with the heaters running (it's July 25, 2022). The breakfast was good, but man, it was unbearably hot in the eating area. The coffee was good and stong, so that was a plus. Kids enjoyed the digital TV choices.

I was very disappointed. While thr front desk people were very kind, the service was really bad. House keeping service was bad, even when we asked for AT LEAST every 3rd day. They cluttered the bathroom with extra towels and soaps everywhere so we couldn't even put out daily necessities out. There is not enough space for 12 towels, bath mats and washcloths. It felt like a storage unit. Dark water spots on the ceiling and the bed had a deep hole in the middle. It was terrible on your back. I do not recommend unless they replace the old mattresses, fix the ceiling and get housekeeping for every other day minimal.
