I was assigned them from my home warranty and they never called me to set an appointment neither did they answer or return my calls when I tried to contact them to schedule. I have no clue about their service but I deem them unreliable.

Set up appointment, received a confirmation email. !ND when they didn't show up.called the office and was told the appointment should never have been available. And to have a nice day , then hung up. I left 3 messages during the 3 hour window,they never called.nice to know customer service is no longer important.

Our most recent service with All Done was our second. My husband was happy with the service and price of a previous dishwasher repair, so he wanted to call All Done back for our microwave. When Joe arrived, I mentioned a problem with our top-loading washing machine and dryer. I was afraid they might not get repaired on this visit since it wasn’t part of the plan, but Joe was very accommodating. He explained the problems and the solutions clearly, neither speaking over my head nor below my understanding. The washer and microwave were repaired quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. Joe could have repaired the dryer (on another visit) but he told us that it was an expensive problem and as along as the workaround was effective, he suggested that we stick with it. I appreciated the honesty because it saves us money. We will definitely use All Done again. I would absolutely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Joe was very helpful and informative. He didn't provide me with the solution I wanted, but gave me the information I NEEDED to make an informed decision. In my research, I read that refrigerators usually last 10 to 12 years. Mine was 12 years old and stopped working. I was hoping that it could be repaired, but Joe's advice was that it would be cheaper in the long run to replace my refrigerator. I was leaning that way already but it was good to have Joe confirm what I was thinking. He advised a Whirlpool, but they were not available for two to three months, so I had to fall back on Consumer Reports for an alternative. Joe could have repaired my refrigerator and run up a big invoice for me to pay but instead gave me information which was far more valuable.
