Probably won't return because I wasn't a fan of the set up. Upon checking the cameras I found my dog in the same fenced in small area for 3 hours with no inside time to cool off. Trainers seemed bored and standing against the walls watching them and somehow my dog was injured and nobody knew about it. Not the worst but the place is too busy and can't accommodate appropriately.

Not sure what has happened. Originally the Vet and the facility were fantastic. However downhill quickly over the past 6 to 12 months. We are switching to another more receptive and professional facility as we travel several times a year. We need a more reliable facility as well. When trying to get my pet''s records sent to me - they said "we have no record of that pet". What? He stayed with you several times....

My sweet older beagle - basset mix was severely injured today at Pet Paradise. She was there for daycare because we had work being done at our house but she was attacked by another dog and now has 4 staples over her eye. My sweet girl has always been super social and never ever fights with other dogs but she’s so traumatized she’s been shaking since we picked her up. I will never trust this place with my loved one again. .

A great facility overall. Very helpful and nice staff. Only downside is they are very busy. If you pup loves playtime and socializing this is the place for them.
