No . You have to buy the trailers to live here and be cleared by the city. City property they maintain the grounds beautiful lake all kinds of activities friendly people but you have to purchase the trailers. Yes the lot rent is cheap but they expect you to keep your trailer outside and driveways and carports clean at all times. I love living here great place to live 55 and over.

You pay monthly lot rent but its the cheapest in the area. Also trailers/lots are hard to find forsale there and you must be 55+ to live there

I think there's one in here for sale at this time. As fast as they go up for sale , I don't take but a few days before it's sold.

Are there rentals available??

Trailer City looks at your felonies misdemeanors and anything with drugs. They really don't look at your driver's record a lot of people in here drive and a lot of people in her don't. The driver's record isn't the problem . But you do have to be 55 or older to live here and purchase the trailer not the lot the lot of City owned

You have to buy the trailer out right there is no rent to own not unless you have an agreement with whoever you are purchasing it from the office has nothing to do with selling the trailers. The office maintains the grounds and checks your background to make sure you're not a felon or a drug problem. All you have to do is maintain your little piece of property

Trailers are not rented here only purchased.
